摘要：

摘要目的:探讨Ommaya囊置入术在脑室型丘脑出血治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性收集2012-01～2012-06住院脑室型丘脑出血的8例患者，采用0mmaya囊联合侧脑室外引流并早期注入尿激酶治疗的病历资料,对患者的病情转归及术后并发症进行分析。结果:8例患者存活7例,死亡1例；转行分流术1例，取出Ommaya囊4例，继续留置Ommaya囊2例；术后无并发颅内感染。结论:Ommaya储液囊联合侧脑室外引流治疗脑室型丘脑出血，手术风险小、操作简单、引流管放置时间相对延长，感染率较少的优点，同时可以提供局部给药的途径，是治疗脑室型丘脑出血的一种新的有效方法。

Abstract Objective:Explore Ommaya capsule placement in the treatment of bleeding type ventricle thalamus application value. Methods:Retrospectively collected in January 2012-June 2012 in our hospital neurosurgery in hospital bleeding type ventricle thalamus eight patients, with 0 mmaya joint capsule lateral ventricle drainage and into the early Urokinase injection medical records of treatment, the patient outcome and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results:Eight patients live in 7 cases, death in 1; 1 case was switched to tap, remove the Ommaya capsule 4cases, continue to a lien Ommaya capsule in 2 cases; There was no concurrent intracranial infection. Conclusion：Ommaya joint capsule lateral ventricle drainage and into the early NiaoJiMei treatment ventricle type with simple operation, thalamus bleeding complications relatively few advantages, and to provide a partial to medicine way, is the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage thalamus a new effective method.
