目的:探讨肝肺综合征患者血清、腹水中髓过氧化物酶及诱导型一氧化氮合酶水平与血(液)气分析的关系.方法:采用ELISA方法分别检测肝肺综合征组和非肝肺综合征组血清和腹水中过氧化物酶及一氧化氮合酶的浓度,分析二者与血(液)气分析的关系.结果:髓过氧化物酶及一氧化氮合酶在两组病例中均呈不同程度的升高,腹水中较血清更明显(P<0.05);与血(液)气分析正相关.结论:髓过氧化物酶及一氧化氮合酶水平是判断肝肺综合征病情有用的指标.
