CD81分子(TAPA)属于4次跨膜超家族成员,近年来发现CD81分子和HCV-E2糖蛋白的结合与丙型肝炎病毒感染宿主细胞有关,被认为是HCV的细胞膜受体, LDLr(低密度脂蛋白受体分子)是一种细胞膜表面糖蛋白,目前也发现它可结合HCV或HCV-LDL,且结合力相对较强,也被认为是HCV的细胞膜受体,人们对HCV感染靶细胞所涉及的这两个受体分子进行广泛研究.本文将就丙型肝炎受体研究作相关综述.
