目的:观察厄贝沙坦与阿托伐他汀单用或联用对早期糖尿病肾病的保护作用.方法:将138例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为A、B、C组:A组口服厄贝沙坦150 mg/d;B组口服阿托伐他汀钙20 mg/d;C组联合应用厄贝沙坦与阿托伐他汀钙,剂量同前.3组疗程均为16周.结果:3组的尿蛋白量和血脂均降低(P0.05).结论:厄贝沙坦与阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病可获得良好作用,但两药合用较两药单用的肾保护作用更显著.
