当前,不少的研究资料提示全身静脉给药或是浆膜腔内灌注血管内皮抑制素均对恶性浆膜腔积液具有一定的治疗作用,与化疗联合具有协同增效作用,且安全性好,耐受性高.但迄今为止,只有通过载体携带在体内合成的血管内皮抑制素来治疗恶性浆膜腔积液的动物研究及小样本的临床研究的资料.因此,明确证实血管内皮抑制素在恶性浆膜腔积液的治疗作用尚需要进一步的大样本、多中心的随机对照研究.
