目的:探讨帕金森病抑郁与帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分之间的相关性.方法:采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表,(HAMD)评分与UPDRS评分相结合对22例帕金森病患者进行评定.结果:接HAMD量表及评定标准,帕金森病患者中合并抑郁的12例,占54.5%,行HAMD分值与H-Y分期运动功能评分相关性分析示:HAMD评分与H-Y分期.运动功能平分呈正相关.结论:帕金森病抑郁患者多以强直/运动迟缓为主;随着病情进展,抑郁会变得越来越重,运动功能障碍尤为明显.
