重组人生长激素对胃切除术后血浆胃动素的影响

摘要：

目的:探讨重组人生长激素对胃切除术后血浆胃动素的影响.方法:采用放免法测定人重组生长激素(rhGh)组和对照组手术当日、术后7、15 d血浆胃动素水平.结果:手术当日rhGh组和对照组之间胃动素水平无差异(P>0.05),而术后7、15 d所测胃动素rhGh组高于对照组(P0.05);对照组术后15 d胃动素水平比手术当日升高,差异显著(P0.05).rhGh组与对照组比较体重、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白差异无显著性(P>0.05).转铁蛋白、前白蛋白明显增高(P<0.05).rhGh组与对照组术后腹胀、腹痛
