摘要：

上颈椎常见的疾惠如:畸形、肿瘤、结核、外伤等需要外科手术治疗.目前后正中入路应用较为广泛,但某些源于前侧方的致压物.后正中入路路难以显露,因此前方入路越来越受到重视.本文通过追述上颈椎前方各种手术入路的提出、发展及各种改良技术的优缺点进行综述.
