摘要：

|
激痛点是指按压时出现的局部敏感痛点,可引起远端疼痛,有时还可产生感传性自主神经症状及本体感觉障碍的部位.激痛点与肌筋膜痛综合征等多种疾病的发生发展与转归有密切联系,对"激痛点"的研究具有十分重要的理论意义和临床价值.近年来对于"激痛点"的基础研究越来越深入,研究的思路和途径越来越广阔,研究的报道也越来越丰富,但对"激痛点"发生,发展的自然过程的研究还不十分清楚,现就激痛点形成机制的研究进展综述.
