摘要：

|
骶骨肿瘤较为少见,绝大多数对化疗、放疗不敏感.手术切除是目前骶骨肿瘤治疗的主要手段.由于骶骨肿瘤病理多样性和解剖位置的特殊性,外科手术比较棘手,本文时骶骨肿瘤的外科治疗进展进行综述.
